Terms of Service

Effective July 17, 2026

Big Cheese Sports ("the Service") is a subscription toolkit operated by Big Cheese Sports, a venture of Big Cheese Holding Co. ("we," "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

What the Service is — and is not

The Service provides fantasy sports rankings, draft tools, sports statistics, betting-market data, and related analysis. Everything on the Service is information and entertainment. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept or place wagers, and nothing on the Service is gambling advice, financial advice, or a prediction guarantee. Lines and odds shown are cached snapshots, not real-time quotes, and may differ from what any sportsbook offers you.

If you choose to gamble, you do so entirely at your own risk, only where it is legal for you, and subject to the age requirements of your jurisdiction (21+ in most U.S. states). Past performance of any pick, model, or tier on the Service does not guarantee anything about future results. If gambling stops being fun, help exists: call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 to use the Service. Keep your login credentials to yourself — activity on your account is your responsibility. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Paid memberships (Big Cheese Pro and Big Cheese Pro Max) bill monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access runs through the end of the period you already paid for. Prices may change with notice — changes take effect at your next renewal, never mid-cycle.

Refunds

Because the Service delivers its value immediately and continuously, payments are generally non-refundable and unused time is not prorated. If something went genuinely wrong — a double charge, a broken product, a mistake — email support@bigcheesesports.betand we'll make it right. We'd rather refund a bad month than keep an unhappy subscriber.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's data or content; don't share accounts; don't probe, overload, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused period when the termination wasn't your fault.

Data & accuracy

Rankings, projections, splits, and odds are assembled from third-party sources we consider reliable but do not control. We work hard on accuracy and show our sources, but the Service is provided "as is"without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee availability, completeness, or correctness.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including, to be plain about it, gambling losses.

Intellectual property

The Service's design, code, branding, and original content belong to us. Your league settings and account data are yours.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the Service and take effect no sooner than 14 days after posting. These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA. Questions: support@bigcheesesports.bet.
