So when one side of a game is holding 90% or more of the money (the money, not the ticket count — a thousand $5 tickets don't move us), we take the other side. That's the fade: standing with the house, not with the crowd.
- A pick locks an hour before kickoff and is frozen — the line it locked at is the line it's graded on.
- No quota, no padding: only games clearing the 90% bar commit. Some days that's five picks, some days none — no pick beats a forced one.
- Every pick is written down before the game and graded on the final score. Losses stay up.
