The money moves until game time, so the board does too — a game can be On Fire in the morning and cool off before kickoff. Each pick locks an hour before its game starts: only what's still On Fire at lock time lands here, graded on our locked number. We only post picks at fair odds — nothing longer than a +200 longshot, and nothing where you'd risk more than $130 to win $100 (that's -130) — so the record is never padded with lopsided prices nobody actually bets. Pushes (a tie against the number) aren't counted in the win percentage, and a postponed game is no action — standard sportsbook rules. The board also shows Warm and Hot games (60–80% of the money); those are context, never picks, and they're not part of this record.
